Robert Bishop

UNSIGHTED - mobility for the visually impaired. Designed to aid the user in everyday life and to provide independence with confidence and safety, whilst also addressing the challenges of urbanisation in the year 2050.

During my studies I discovered, and developed, a real passion for HMI and UI/UX Design. 

Adobe XD skills helped me during my internship at Institut für Kraftfahrzeuge (ika) in Aachen, Germany, where I worked as an interior and HMI designer for 5 months on an autonomous bus concept. 

The most rewarding experience was to design and prototype all the internal screens on the vehicle, as well as the accompanying mobile app. 

I am now looking for internship or graduate opportunities in HMI or UI/UX design. My aspiration is to develop a career as an HMI Designer and to develop innovative HMI and UX experiences in a fast changing and exciting industry.
