My name is Oluwamayomikun Akin-Oteniya. Most people know me as Mayo. I am 22 years old and I am Nigerian. Asides from Architecture, my interests include: Photography, Art, Music, Fashion and Travelling. I would describe myself as someone who has a passion for creating.

A non-profit organization whose aims are to connect and encourage networking and socialising amongst young professionals in Birmingham.

Building Proposal

To provide a community centre for the young professionals of Birmingham to gather. YPB (Young Professionals of Birmingham) hub will be home to all YPB events, activities and workshops. 

The YPB holds several events and activities on a weekly and monthly basis for its members which include: art and pottery classes, rock climbing sessions, social nights, seminars, networking events, formal dinners, seasonal show performances etc.
The YPB hub will also be open to all members of the public during certain times and some of the spaces will be available to book or hire out for public events.
