My name is Emilia Sorrill, I have concluded studying Design Management MA at Coventry University, United Kingdom. I have a degree in Interior Architecture & Design which was also at Coventry University. I am passionate in creating design solutions/services for potential future clients (briefs and interior projects). Project Overview: Visitations in Religious attractions (Churches and Cathedrals) have decreased over a long period of time, the audience showing high declination are Millennials. Reasons are not necessarily religious beliefs but how they emotionally feel within the building (certain spaces). The objective was to gain a better understanding into Millennial behaviours within Religious Attractions and understand their User Journey within these spaces from start to finish. This inspired me to propose a combined physical and digital solution to encourage Millennials to return to these religious spaces: an Art Event and a Virtual Tour. Both services are beneficial, especially linking to the current circumstances of COVID-19 (visitors unable to physically visit attractions)- People are limited to what they can do presently but there are alternative experiences available.
