Tia Bryant

Tia Bryant combines her passion for analogue photography and socially engaged practice to create imagery driven by collaboration. Utilising a spectrum of digital techniques and platforms to create new narratives, she centers her practice around the slower more engaged process of working with manual photographic techniques.

Giving new life to methodologies that are often considered obsolete in the digital age, Bryant works to cultivate a sense of community in the groups that she works with. Instigating communal construction of cameras, images and conversation with participants, her work celebrates both individuality and a sense of community.
