Hi, I’m Rhys. I have a keen interest in fine furniture and home furnishing design. I enjoy designing bespoke pieces of furniture and home accessories which are innovative, beautifully crafted and also conscious of nature. Having experience in woodworking, I take great pride in hand crafting the pieces I design, using sustainably sourced materials and paying attention to the finer details.

For my final year project I decided I wanted to create a high quality, adaptable and sustainable flat-pack shelving unit. The main drivers of this project were to: create a product which was manufactured to a high standard, use sustainable materials where possible, be multifunctional and to be easily transported.

Experience: 6 months placement at Konk Furniture, Bristol.
